Our Chef Kei Lam is a pioneer in Chinese cooking, Kei strives to continuously improve his skills in traditional Chinese cuisine while maintaining an open mind to new and interesting concepts that can be incorporated into his cooking.
He started his cooking adventures in China, moving to Hong Kong then to Japan and finally to Australia where he has worked in many Chinese restaurants around Victoria and finally settling down and opening his own.
Kei specialises in Chinese cuisines but loves to incorporate other cultures and cuisines with his own style to create something different, fascinating and mind blowing.
