Rude check out girl, no respect to the customer. she asked me if i need a bag and i said i got a bag and i gave it to her straight away, she ignore it. after she scanned all the foods that i bought and i paid it, i asked her if she can pit it in my bag, she said she doesnt want to pick my rubbish…. and its not her job, i said why u dis it to everyone why not to me? and its not a rubbish, the food that i bought is from your store, so if your staff called it a rubbish, why did u sell a rubbish?she said i late gave my bag, but its not true, i gave it to her straight away but she looks annoyed and moody and ignored it. you should fired her, trained your staff and treat the customer in a nice way.
Always go here to get various teas, items go out of stock reasonably fast though, have to wait a few days for them to be restocked. Some staff are quite friendly, even offering me a discount on a big box of tea, others stay quite quiet but that's fine by me.
Great variety of food frozen or packaged the staff hear are friendly and willing to help you find what you need .
Not bad for local shopping centre. A chinese shop which satisfies the aesthetic of Westfield and supply as Asian goodies.

Good selection of pantry items for Asian grocery in Hornsby. The fresh produce is usually below average quality though.
Clean and modern Asian Supermarket, conveniently located at ground level level 2 on elevators, Westfield Hornsby. This is a one stop shop for all your Asian grocery needs. A vast array of noodles, sauces, soy derivatives, pickles, spices, biscuits, rice, and flours. Over in the refrigerated section, you'll find frozen meats, seafoods, dumplings. Vegetables, more noodles, fresh soya bean drinks, to fu, too much to list. Regular specials on various items keeps clients coming back for more...Like me! Great prices compared to other clean and modern shops. One of my favourites when in Hornsby.
Excelent range of Asian foods. Items can be hard to find for non Chinese speakers. Staff are not very polite when asking where items can be found.
Since the expansion the food range has improved, and it is easier to use. Staff have always been polite. Culture is a bit different to Australian shops. You should be ready, courteous and efficient when asking for help. I like shopping there.
