Wow what a wonderful cafe! The team give off such a welcoming and warm vibe, my coffee was just right and their avo smash is worth every cent! Will be popping in to grab a bite whenever I am in the area from now on. Service is stellar!

I cant fault this place. Staff are so lovely and always serve you with a smile. Barista Beth makes my coffee just the way i like it without a complaint im fussy Kitchen girl on the weekend Lily makes me perfectly poached eggs everytime!  Looking forward to trying the new Summer Menu

Popped in this morning for a coffee and the service and coffee was exceptional! The staff were lovely and was greeted with a smile. The coffee was amazing! Will definitely go out of my way to go back

The team at Tomboys have turned a nothing into a must-see!nnHaving lived in the area for over 2 decades, it was quite a surprise to see this spot having been renovated into a clean and friendly looking café. First visit tried out the coffee and was happy to discover that it was not only delicious, but they're using a local roast and the take away cups are made from plant fibre! ethical packaging always a big tick.nnFollowing the great first impressions it was time to try the toasties. My partner was keen to test them out as well and as someone with intolerances, needs things to be taken care of rather precisely.nThe team were incredibly welcoming with the very specific order, confirming any questions we had, showing off the bread being used a locally produced unseeded Gluten Free bread that we have all the time and were very chuffed to see and taking myself through the process of making it from start to finish. The results were absolute perfection nnNot to mention my toastie the Third Ave was pretty amazing on its own. This experience has reinforced just how much Tomboys has been needed for a long time and will be a place locals and others visiting should put on their to-do list as often as possible.nnLong story short - Go here, the food/coffee is awesome as are the people that make it!

Tomboys is a fabulous little cafe on the Thames Promenade strip of shops. Staff are always friendly and make a great coffee, with plenty of sweet pastries and toasties to pair! Highly recommend the Indulgent Cookie Co caramilk cookies or the Levain scrolls and doughnuts, love a cafe that supports other local vendors!
