Nestled away in Camberwell Market, Tom Cooper is the man to go to for made-to-order smoked salmon or gravlax bagels/croissants. Fresh, light and very tasty. And at only $12 each, they certainly buck the trend of modern cafes where they often go for $16+ despite missing the charm that Mr Cooper provides.
What more can I say?!…By far the best smoked produce available likely in all of Aus, but in fairness of course a Canadian can do it better. On a retail level, it’s something not to be missed!! We’re spoilt to have this artisan product locally. Try everything and all…nothing will disappoint and Mr Cooper can be a little bit charming too, at times
This guy never open even said opened today. Even after the day neighbour shops told me he will be open. I came 3 times driving 1hour from my home, all the time closed. So disappointed. Never answer phone either.
A must visit. Had the smoked salmon bagel - Zingy, fresh and beautifully delicate… come for the food, stay for the Prosecco and lols… Tom is hilarious, a big personality
