Well I'm not sure if they have a guide on how to make a move as hard and inconvenient as possible, but they are really good at it. If you just sort the move out yourself and not involve toll you will have less headaches. Their inventory form on their website doesn't work properly so items get missed and then you have to chase things up at the l last minute and your not allowed to directly contact the case manager. Best way to put it one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with.
Specialists in commercial, goverment and Defence moves, they have assisted us over half a dozen times move interstate and always taken good care of us
