I hate when I order something online and it gets shiped with toll. I can guarantee every time it will be disappointing. On multiple occasions I have taken the day off work so I can be home for my package and every time I'll get a 'sorry we missed you' card. I have been home every time and they still won't deliver the packages. I then have to call up and organise a depo collection at the perth airport depo. The ladies at the depot are super nice and friendly. But this is becoming a joke now, why be a delivery company when you won't even deliver anything properly.
I had a Toll Express Depot pickup today, no problems at all. Every encounter I had with a staff member, there was at least 5, all were all helpful and informative.nnThey have a list of safety rules and an order of how things are done that you must follow, but as long as you do, you won't have a problem.
Worst services ! Our order from VIC to Perth arrived Perth on 25 Jan and keep delay for the delivery. I have call them more than 3 times to make sure address and information is correct. Schedule for today 1 Feb delivery. But their tracking system and staffs say our order was delivered today at 11am. Where is the delivery and we did not receive anything and how customers can trust this company. Should we report to the police and someone may be stolen our delivery.........Ring customer service and say they can't contact with the driver and only give you the reference. Feeling hopeless and sad.
Unclear direction, park here, park there, please move, hazard lights on, hazard lights off. Not the most pleasant experience. How about dedicating a staff member to accompany people who clearly don't frequent this establishment regularly especially when there are so many different rules to follow. I was approached by 4 different staff members during my pick up only to sternly chastise me for what I was doing wrong. Maybe if you had delivered the item to me as requested all of the issues could have been resolved.
Shipment arrived at Perth airport on the 4th of Jan 23 , 3 weeks later and it still not out for delievery yet. Also can’t get hold of the courier.
