A fun experience! Fast, efficient, tasty food, friendly service. My husband and I enjoyed the Tapas and Blue Water boxes. Terrific value! A variety of tastes and textures. Asahi & Sapporo on draft. Very satisfied.
Food and quality is really good. A bit pricey as you can expect from Japanese food so all in the standard rate. Customer service is really good. The made a mistake and they were so apologetic. We didn’t mind too much because it can happen. Very nice experience Thank you so much
Ponsonby central is one beautiful place so many small restaurants with absolutely phenomenal food. Tokyo club has taken me by surprise with its amazing food and especially the Fried Chicken. The duck Gyoza was out of the world. Lots of meat and delicious. Definitely must try this place.
Vegatable greens have one little 3cm piece of carrot and one piece of cucumber, one little piece of bok choy, and a salad mix not really Asian, lots of rice, and a good portion of Tofu. Food is tasty. Quite expensive for a lunch.
Delicious meals here every time!! Love trying new things so got the eggplant miso and squid legs as sides, they were divine!!! The sauce with the squid was out of this world.... yes it’s a bit on the $ side but worth it for good Japanese!
Always a regular visitor for the light fried agedashi tofu and grilled miso, vege bento is great also. Staff attentive to your needs, consistency good, and options to eat outside or in a cosy quiet space.
Great food. Great price. The bento boxes are so yummy. The prawn tempuras are just amazing, visual and taste. Highly recommend.
Auckland is far from renowned for its sushi some of the worst quality sushi I’ve ever encountered in a major developed world city. This place is a rare exception to that trend. Steer towards the specials if you can. Those tend to be the freshest options
