This has to be the best Reformer Pilates studio in the Sutherland Shire! Ash, Lys and Mel are expert instructors that deliver a serious workout on the reformer no matter whether you choose an Active or Flow class. If you want to mix things up, there are Mat Pilates classes on offer too. They have a beautifully designed studio and their timetable makes booking classes easy with lots of options available. Not to mention, they have a great selection of grip socks!
I absolutely adores TTC and all the beautiful souls there… 100% recommend to everyone. they are kind and have lots empathy no matter what you are. The place is so peaceful and welcoming! I love there
The ladies at To The Core don’t only push you through each session they know each individual members abilities and work with each person seamlessly during each class to make sure everyone gets the best work out while still having fun! The end of each session to centre and take a moment is a personal fave amongst hectic schedules.nnThe team at To The Core are incredible, if you’re thinking about trying I’d 100% recommend it!
I looked at different Pilates studios to join and I am so happy I held off joining any until TTC opened! The instructors are incredible. They are motivating and are always making sure you are getting the most out of each class. The studio is welcoming and equipment is amazing. The range of classes caters to all fitness levels. It the best place to start your day!
The instructors at To The Core Studio are extremely passionate about what they do and are so accomodating to all levels and abilities. Having recently moved back into the area after a few years, I found that To The Core Studio was the best fit for me both in terms of the generous class schedule and the overall culture of the studio. It’s such a pleasure to be apart of To The Core and I look forward to every class!
