These guys are AWESOME! I manage an apartment complex here in town and TL took care of us from start to finish. First, they were able to work with us and assist when needed to file everything with our insurance company. Then, when it came time to pick out our new roof, they worked with myself on-site, our property management company out of state and the property owner also out of state to come up with a wonderful selection based on our unique needs. When it came time to jump into action, they helped us plan as much as possible, and were prepared for the unplanned. Along the way, every consideration was taken from noise requirements to landscaping to stray nails. The crew was extremely professional and courteous and impressed all of our tenants along the way. Our time frame goals were cut in half and all of our residents had nothing but praise for a job well done. Thank you so much for your extraordinary work.
We needed new roof and they were willing to actually do the work. In today times of everyone being so busy they took our phone call and schedule work. When we had questions that answer promptly.
I called for an estimate on a roof replacement for a property we are purchasing. I was told "we can't run around all day doing quotes for free if you can't guarantee us the business." How can I even consider giving a company my business if they refuse to take the time to drive out and tell me how much it will cost? Not a terribly witty business practice. I'll go with the people who will offer me a quote, without the attitude.
I had the exact same experience that Bobbi Maiers commented on below. Called today for a quote and was met with a total attitude. He said he'd charge for an estimate because the real estate market was peaking and that he doesn't have time to run around giving free estimates that realtors suggest. He also made the comment: "I bet, actually, I would hope that we would be higher than the other bid you got. People wait months to get their roof replaced by us." After I tried to explain that I wasn't just getting a quote for the heck of it and that we really do want the roof replaced as soon as possible, he accused me of cutting him off and said that he wouldn't want to service this project anyway. Surprisingly rude and arrogant for $20k projects to lose out on. I would NEVER recommend this company.
I worked for Tony for about 12 years and i have never once seen him be rude to a customer. Hard to believe. Ther e prompt and efficient at what they do.
Called and spoke to Ross. He stated he would call back the next week to get me scheduled. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing from him or the company....
When you do give them your business they are complete slobs and don't clean up messes! Our entire yard is full of tarps, plastic, screws, metal etc...
Love TL need anything call ross he will take care off you and we will take care of your roof with much love manny and happy new year
