Enjoyed shopping here!! I got really cool items on the clearance rack! They also have good tea sets, candles, and other home decor! Sharing with you some of the things I found
There is talk about a staff who is rude I believe she is the same one my husband and I have encountered. Every other staff are wonderful very helpful however this one staff is so rude blond lady and seem quite racist putting us also down thinking we can’t speak English well obviously we can. No need to be so rude to others where as the customers have the right to be there. Much as customers shouldn’t be rude to workers it also applies the other way too. Hope she learns some customer service and manners to other human being regardless of race.
Good shop, lots of space and lots of clothing for sale at a good price. Some things are in the wrong place and some things don’t have price tags but the staff are happy to help. Like I said before, the prices are really good. I got a pair of vans shoes for just $40, which I thought was good. I still wear them now and there is no signs of bad quality. There are lots of different brands and clothing/cosmetic items. There are change rooms as well, so you can try things on. Overall, it’s a great shop.
Although we enjoy shopping at TKMaxx north rocks. But recently the staff was rude and repeatedly asked about showing the card for returns . Not sure why we’ve to show the card to the staff while returning items as the card machine will anyways ask for card and pin. Also they expect customers to return the clothes items after trial ,it would be better to place instructions instead of singling out one customer.
Variety of products and helpful staff. Requested information on different price on same item and he explained it without any issue.
