Wife loves the place and got lot of great deals from there however the sizing selection is little compared to the other outlet, I am baffled to why they provide such a huge trolley but cant bring em out of the store with items purchased..
It’s puzzling that TK Maxx provides trolleys in-store but doesn’t allow them to be taken outside. If the purpose of the trolleys is to help carry large, heavy furniture to customers' cars, it would make more sense to enable their use beyond the store's premises. Instead, customers end up having to walk around the shopping center to find a trolley from another store to transport their purchases. This policy feels quite inconvenient and could be reconsidered to better serve customers.
The lady that works there short dark hair has been extremely rude twice now, other staff are lovely but because of her we won't shop there again. Management should do something about it because alot of customers feel the same way
Great prices and a good selection of brands. The variety is generally good. The staff is friendly, and the fitting rooms are clean and well-lit. There is also a nice selection of items for the home, and you can often find interesting things there.
I love that they’ve finally brought TK Maxx to the west. Only down fall is that it’s close to an hour drive from where I live. The next move would be to bring one down to the Rockingham/Mandurah area!!
