I recently visited this store, which offers a wide variety of items ranging from clothes and shoes to household items, pet accessories, and seasonal goods. Despite the diverse selection, my experience was mixed. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the counter seemed to purposefully avoid serving us, though one of us eventually made our way to his register. His customer service could certainly improve. On the bright side, the young lady at the neighboring counter was friendly and efficient. However, I couldn't help but notice other staff members moving about the shop without acknowledging customers or offering assistance. It left me wondering if they were perhaps shop detectives, hinting at a potential theft concern. Overall, while the store has much to offer, the inconsistent customer service detracted from the experience.
Its a big store, the staff are courteous. But I found that the prices were similar, if not a bit more expensive than other places. Sorry but you can find the same things elsewhere & cheaper.
I gotta say this shop has a good brand of some luxury items, bags, clothing and accessories also home accessories and small furniture. Good customer service and helpful staff.
Just got two cosmetic bags and found out they are at different prices
I do enjoy shopping here but I get easily carried away lol.nnThe candle aisles get me every time. I'm a sucker for them.
