Appalling customer service. Sold me a pair of shoes that were clearly faulty. Back of shoe was excessively loose and did not match the item description. Agreed to refund the cost of the shoe but not the postage. Not a pleasant experience. Defensive, nonsensical communication at one point Mary tried to blame the issue on my foot stating "I'm sorry the shoe didn't fit your foot"! This is despite me providing photos of the very obvious fault and how the shoe did not match the item description. I recommend staying away from this store, particularly if you are purchasing online. Message to Mary: no one cares how many pairs of this shoe you have sold if the one you have sold to a customer happens to be faulty. Your argument is nonsensical.
Great service, product exactly as described, delivered on time and even took the time to write a personal thank you Very impressed
