Tirhatuan Lakes Golf Course is located 25 minutes east of Melbourne's CBD and is one of the favourite golf courses in the area. With its tight fairways, numerous water hazards and tough undulating greens this course has a challenge for all golfers. Our specialised staff offer great services from clubfitting to golf lessons to help improve your golf game. A free club fit is offered with all sets of clubs and golf lessons start from only $50. With our professional staff and expert advice, Tirhatuan Lakes Golf is a great place to improve your golf game.
Competitions are held every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday for players of all ability.

Played my first round there on 26/1/25 and will always remember it due to getting my first hole in one ever on the 13th. Staff were friendly and had a laugh and course had a nice relaxed feel to it. Greens were perfect but the long dry spell had dried out the fairways which is expected. Will definately be back and recommend a visit.

Poor experience this time around used to love this golf course but recently the couse is not well maintained and requires a lot of TLC. Lots of massive puddles of water and greens not very well maintained, bunkers full of water and lost a few balls playing today due to these puddles all around the course. Lack of seniors discount which is provided at other public Golf Courses i have been too. A lot of work is needed to fix these problems but hopefully in time these will be sorted. Overall today was disappointing to say the least. Just remember to bring gumboots next time after some heavy rain.nHopefully these issues will be resolved with time but for now will not be playing here till things change. I understand that you can't control the weather but maintenance should be top priority when providing a service to the general public. In no way is this harassment just constructive criticism to help make this place the wonderful place it has always been but im sorry it needed to be said. I am struggling to put this one star for this course since changed of management. I used to play here for more than 10 years and used to love playing at this course when it was under previous management with the Logo Tirhatuan and even up to the initiating the changing over to Rowville lake name. I know that since the new management took over, the course maintenance went down hugely and seems neglected. I understand that it had bad weather for the last 2 months but still charging customers the full price unlike other golf courses if under maintenance or flooding conditions.  I believe they should adjust the price to the condition of the course. Every fairway is full of water puddles and piles of tree parks with brunches around the fairway.  I described this course standard very poor and badly maintained. Most Fairways didn't appeared being mowed for quite sometime and the greens are messed up with leaves and very lowly maintained.  Despite of customers views for improvement they ignore the customers request even inconsideration of dropping their prizes accordingly. One of my concerns is their inability to discount the benefit for senior citizens like all other golf courses around Melbourne. I described the manners and behaviours of the customer service managers/owners very bad business and inconsiderate with customers welfare. I am very disappointed with whom I dealt with this time round.  Especially when discussing my concern about allowing five players ahead that was causing delays when we needed to move on forward and complete our round in relevant time but was ignored and stated that they had nothing to do with that?? REALLY? Does that portrait good management if that is the Attitude?  I was looking forward to enjoy a good time and game of golf with my boys but that attitude ruined it. He would know who he is and I know who you are!!!.nYou have robbed us off and we couldn't stand the delay even more when you didn't do anything with our request, that we decided to quit after 14 holes. We also requested after the first nine holes for a refund or credit for the other nine holes and you refused to come into terms with it. There is no other word to describe your behaviour but a delusive Money hunger.

Great course.nnIt was a little wet in some area but overall great spot. Course is on the  easier side, Green are a little more tricky, good balance.

My wife and I have played here a few times now.  We absolutely love the course. The staff is very  friendly...  The course is pretty straight forward and not overly challenging which is good for beginners and intermediate golfers.  The midweek special for $15.00 is absolutely fantastic value which keeps us.coming back...
