So glad I finally got to visit Tin City on a Sunday morning/afternoon in July. We were driving back to Fresno from Cayucos and decided to do one Paso wine stop and Tin City seemed like the best bet since we didn’t have reservations. We walked around the area seeing what was available and at a few mins till 11am it was pretty quiet but a few places seemed open and ready for business. We saw a “wine tasting walk ins welcome sign” and ended up at the most friendly, chill, and delicious tasting room for La Perdignus Wine. There’s so many places I want to check out next time I get to Tin City. We learned from another tasting room employee that the Tin City website is not updated so it’s best to go to each business’ website to confirm. For example, Fableist wines is listed on the Tin City website but they are no longer at Tin City. I’d love to plan a trip back here and line up reservations ahead of time. All in all such a cool place and awesome concept.
this is a great place with tons of places with restaurants shops, wine tasting, brewery, ice cream. The construction is all in tin like containers. not too far from downtown Pass Robles and a must visit!
Jacob loft, kaleidoscope, and tin city are awesome. My boyfriend and I tasted and explored great wine and ciders. I highly recommend
This is a must stop. So much fun! We sampled beer, wine and ice cream.
We had a good meal on a nice patio. I would like to explore the wineries and breweries there, but couldn't this time. It was quiet on a Tuesday lunch hour, but I can imagine a larger crowd for the weekend.
Tin City is definitely a playground for adults who like to drink, eat, and socialize. Not much else is going on in Tin City other than a couple of establishments that provide fun games like Corn Hole and Match Four. More restaurants would be a welcome addition, as well.
This rating is more for appointment mix ups rather than the wine. The wineries at Tin City are phenomenal. We’re members at several. Today we had an appointment at Monochrome we and our friends we are with are members and following that we had an appointment at Benom we are members there too. If you haven’t been to either of these places do your mouth a favor and go!! You will love them! Back to today, Monochrome was accidentally over booked. Very likely a mix-up. It’s never happened before. However, with triple digit temps we did not want to wait for our Benom appt. This made things difficult for Benom as they open wines ahead of time based on appointments. My ask: wineries in Tin City please remove appointments. With Covid essentially over and the population back to normal, more mix ups are bound to happen. This not only affects your customers but also affects your collective businesses.
Delicious Chorizo and Goat cheese tacos from the food truck at Barrelhouse
This is an ever improving gem in the Pas Robles wine and tourism crown. From start-up wineries with fantastic and creative wines to food and artistic options, this place is awesome.
Make sure you walk the whole block. There are wineries in the back and across the streets that are delightful. Something for everyone. Nigranti,'s ice cream is a must have!
