Shayan at Timezone Garden City is hands down one of the best staff I’ve ever come across. He’s friendly, patient, and genuinely makes the arcade experience better. I first met him when a claw machine glitched, and instead of brushing me off he fixed it quickly, explained what went wrong, and even gave me another go — little things like that make a huge difference.nI’ve also seen him go out of his way to help kids win prizes, calm down rowdy groups without being rude, and support stressed parents juggling kids and tickets. No matter how busy it gets, he always has a smile, keeps the vibe positive, and actually makes you feel welcome.nThe machines and games are fun, but honestly, staff like Shayan are what make this place worth coming back to. If you’re heading to Timezone Garden City, hope you run into him — he’ll make your visit 10x better.
We recently celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at Timezone Garden City, and we were extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by our party host, Hassaan. From the beginning, Hassaan demonstrated excellent organisation and communication, clearly outlining how the event would run and ensuring every detail was well managed.nHe was attentive, professional, and genuinely engaged with the children, ensuring they were having fun while also keeping the schedule on track. His ability to balance the needs of the kids and the expectations of the parents made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable.nWe are very grateful for Hassaan’s dedication and enthusiasm, he truly went above and beyond to make our celebration special. I would highly recommend Hassaan to anyone looking for a party host who delivers exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Had a birthday party for my 6yr old daughter on Saturday 18/10/2025 at 10am doing bowling and arcade. Gabby was the party host, she was excellent. She was patient waiting for the late arrivals. She was able to managed some of the kids getting thirsty without me knowing. Able to assist with the kids bowling. She cut up the cake that we brought form home providing all the serving items. The party room came with a sign with my daughter’s name and colourful balloons.nA good surprise was they provided a present sack for my daughter to put all the presents in and provided a drink to both parents of the birthday person. Highly recommend TimeZone Garden City and Gabby for a good value, stress free and memorable party.
