We organised a party over the weekend, and it was AMAZING!!!! The service from the staff were outstanding, even from the day before they were contacting us to anticipate minor issues. The staff were so helpful since we arrived until we left, they were super helpful in set up, service and guiding the children. Our guests were extremely happy, a shout out to Layla who was in charge of my event! She was super helpful and friendly, I felt so relax that everything was under control.
A huge shout out to AbigailAbbi our Awesome Host for the day. My Son celebrated his 7th Birthday and it was such a great experience to be shared with his cousins/Family. Everyone enjoyed their time, even us adults =]. Abbi had done an absolute amazing job at hosting the party, explaining to the kids the itinerary for the next 2.5 hrs. The kids had an absolute Blast!nThe Hotdogs were awesome too! The decorated room was awesome! Could not fault anything! I just want to say that my family are big fans of laser tag. We’ve played a million times, We’ve watched the induction video a million times with a million hosts… But Abigail was the first one to ever check the kids understood, told them about the bases and checked there vests. She was an absolute delight. Please pass this review on to her. She should be congratulated on her customer service and great attitude.
