I was there on a day when they were offering 60% off Swiss watches. I was looking for a two tone watch, and was offered a very smart Philip watch. I said I would think about it. I Googled the watch company, found the exact design, and sure enough, the price in store was exactly 60% off the RRP. I returned and bought the watch. Not only does it look great, it has kept perfect time for years now. I was very pleased with the prompt and friendly customer service in this store.
They’ve got a nice collection. I’ve bought two watches from here but the service is really rude. We bought a $500 watch and they refused to resize it and said that we need to get it done from another shop and have to pay for it.
Honestly, this place is a little gem. Service is absolutely beautiful, and always with a smile. Quality watches at affordable prices. Went in for 1 watch, end up buying 3 EARNSHAW watches within 3 days. Also recommended friends, and they absolutely loved it. Thanks guys, I'll be back soon
I nearly bought a watch at the weekend for 250 bucks. 100m water resistant. Which I was told is not waterproof. It just means 10 atmospheres water resistant. Don't shower while wearing or go swimming in it was the advice as it won't be covered by warranty. At least the lady was honest. But how can a watch with a 100m stamp on it not be fit for purpose? Needless to say, I didn't buy it.

False advertising on the prices and refusing to give for the price which shows on the display wow never seen a cheating place like this and the girl who work's there is another wow 0 star experience, they literally don't even care please avoid this place...
Have bought a couple of watches here. An earnshaw and an aries gold Within a few months the aries gold second hand fell off and got stuck so the whole watch didn't work and it had to be sent away for repair. About 6 months later the part on the end of the band fell to pieces. Took it in and they wanted $60 for a new band about a quarter of what the watch was worth new, I left my details for someone to call me to review that because it was still under warranty. A week later I still haven't heard from them so I got it repaired somewhere else for $10. Poor service.
A very nice store with a wide variety of watch brands to choose from. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help their customers, I want to especially say thank you to Alicia, Diana, Anie, Micheal for their services.
WOW where do I start? If I could give this company zero stars I would, because they don't even deserve one star! I bought a watch of them that was solar powered so that I would never have to worry about changing batteries again as I have many other solar powered watches that work perfectly fine which I bought from other shop's and not from timeless watches. Anyway the watch I bought stopped working the next day so I took it back that same day and the lady changed it over and gave me the same watch that they had in there display cabinet in the store that seemed to be working at the time! Ten month's later my watch that I only wore literally 2 time's in that ten month's stopped working again, so I went back to timeless watches and was so fed up and angry as this was the second watch that had stopped working with in under my 12 month's warranty. I spoke to the same lady DIANA who replaced it 10 month's back when it first happened. I asked for a refund and told her my 1yr warranty isn't over yet and I'm sick of this watch playing up every time I want to wear it and it doesn't work or hold charge. She said "I can't give you a refund today because none of our manager's are in and they need to approve a refund". She then asked me to leave my watch there and to get it sent of to the manufacturer to see what's wrong with it and to see if they can approve a refund. So I left my watch there and was given a customer repair paper. Now I have no watch and no REFUND! A week later she calls me back and says "hi just letting you know that we put your watch under artificial light and it seems to be working fine the manufacturer won't give you a refund because it's 10 month's old". I don't care if it's 10 months old it's still under WARRANTY and this is the second watch that's been given to me that's faulty and DOESN'T hold charge. NO ONE FROM THERE WARRANTY DEPARTMENT CALLED ME LIKE I WAS PROMISED BY DIANA AND NO MANAGER CALLED ME TO SHOW ANY INTEREST IN HELPING ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE FURTHER, PLUS I DON'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE EVEN SENT IT OF TO THE MANUFACTURER'S BECAUSE SHE'S CLEARLY TELLING ME ON THE PHONE THAT THEY PUT THE WATCH UNDER ARTIFICIAL LIGHT IN THE SHOP AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING NOW! SO YOU HAVE ALSO LIED ABOUT SENDING IT OF TO THE MANUFACTURER AND HAVE NEVER SENT IT OF IN THE FIRST PLACE I'M GUESSING. DO NOT GO AND BUY ANY WATCHES FROM THESE GUY'S BECAUSE WHEN YOU COME IN TO A WARRANTY ISSUE THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU OUT AT ALL AND YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY AND WATCH JUST LIKE I HAVE RIGHT NOW. THEY WILL CALL YOU AND SAY "COME PICK UP YOUR WATCH IT'S WORKING FINE" WHEN CLEARLY THERE IS A FAULT WITH THE WATCH BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HOLD CHARGE LIKE IT'S SUPPOSED TO. I'M VERY UPSET AND DISGUSTED AT THE LACK OF SERVICE AND INTEREST THEY SHOW IN THERE CUSTOMERS WHO SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS BUYING THERE LUXURY WATCHES FROM TIMELESS WATCHES. UPDATE: I GOT A CALL FROM A GUY IN THERE STORE GIVING ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO WRITE A COMPLAINT! ARE YOU BLOODY SERIOUS? IS THAT ALL YOU CAN OFFER ME AFTER HOLDING MY WATCH AT YOUR SHOP FOR NEARLY 2 WEEKS? YOU CALL ME AND GIVE ME AN EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ME TO COMPLAIN? BLOODY PATHETIC THEY ARE. IF I DON'T HEAR BACK FROM SOMEONE SOON FOR A REFUND OF MY WATCH I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER FURTHER TO SOCIAL MEDIA SO THAT EVERYONE IN AUSTRALIA KNOWS HOW APPALLING AND DISGUSTING YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AND THAT YOU DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT CUSTOMERS WHO WALK IN TO YOUR SHOP AND SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS ON YOUR FAULTY LUXURY WATCHES!
