Time Conti Sheffield used $570 of my bond to pay for cleaning a small 2x1 apartment without providing a quote beforehand. After weeks of emailing, I was finally able to negotiate a reduction in cleaning costs for $450. All current and future tenants: ensure you advocate for yourselves and attempt to negotiate if you feel the rental agency is being unreasonable. Contact consumer protection for advice and give the rental agency the opportunity to negotiate. Ensure you have evidence of quotes, cleaning invoices, email chain of communication etc. If the rental agency is still unwilling to negotiate, then a magistrate will decide what is fair and reasonable the agency will unlikely let it get to that stage as it costs them time and money.

Daniel was very accommodating in the Lease Application and Negotiation Process and Phoebe and Faith have been very helpful in resolving a water issue and attending to other matters on behalf of the tenant. I was with Time Conti for approximately 2 years. They were always superb to deal with and if you had any issues they would attend to them straight away. My property manager was Jayde, she was so lovely to deal with and I wouldn’t say one bad thing.

We leased through time conti for the last 3 years and we're very happy with the team. They have hit the jackpot with Jayde as one of their property managers. She was very prompt with communication and emails. Throughout the process she has always been kind and understanding, and was very helpful when things didn't always go to plan.

The staff are amazing, Melanie has been a thoughtful and communicative property agent throughout the years we have been renting. Very bad service, extremely bad experience with them. I can gave 0 start if options available.  Property was damaged from all the places but still increasing the rent all the times. When asked to repair always gave the useless reason for one year “I am waiting for owner’s reply once he will give reply I will get back to you”. Till now no response at all. I left the property properly clean and better condition than I first moved but still deducted all my bond just for their useless reasons.  Additionally they advertised the property unfurnished but they forced the tenanats to use their bad quality bed and sofa . So which means you can’t bring your own furniture. Which is totally wrong. They need to inform before advertising on real estate. So they are totally lier.  They need to improve their services rather than taking all the money from other people’s bond. 0% recommendations, if you want to save the money please don’t go there , They just robbed the people.They are just useless. They don’t know what is the meaning of wear and tear. They just want to took the money from people. Also they let someone else to write the final condition report. Property manager didn’t write herself the report. If she was managing the property why she ask someone else to write the report , just to take money from bond .

Excellent real estate.  Very reasonable and great communication.  Appreciate been giving the chance to rent through these guys for the last 2 and a half years.
