Some fantastic old timbers here. A must see if you're looking for reclaimed timber.

The previous problem was corrected by Peter and as I understand it - a change to the internal systems will avoid any like minded problems regarding proof of delivery. Peter did extend himself to try and get to the bottom of the problem and upon reaching agreement that it wasn't our fault - rectified the situation. Product is A1

Terrible experience -  paid in full for some timber and sent all the details to Peter for delivery to a transport company. He organised the freight himself to our nominated transport company - after not receiving the wood we contacted the transport company and "ZERO" record of ever receiving any delivery of wood from Timbersearch - so they appropriately asked me to get a POD from Peter - guess what!! - no POD! nothing signed! no paperwork trail at all!!
Peter tried to help and went down to the transport company and took a photo of where the driver claims the wood was unloaded? I don't even know what credibility peter thought that was supposed to have??The matter is still unresolved at week 5 - we have had to sort the services of a legal professional to claim our money back. My advice don't pay in full until product has been delivered.
