I am very pleased with the experience with Timberland Flooring. I wasn't sure what type & color timber suits my house at the beginning, Ariel & Kathy their lovely staffs are so experienced and gave me lots of useful ideas. I am impressed by the final product of the installation of European Oak floor. Thank you again for the high quality installation and also 100% satisfied customer service.

To be honest not sure why this shop has so good rating. Wanted to buy bamboo flooring that was advertised but they don't sell them anymore. The shop itself is confusing, you need to go upstairs but there is no sign telling you that.
Sad to say, we really didn't have a good experience with Timberland at all. We thought it would be good from our initial meeting however the final product didn't meet our expectations. The quality really wasn't great for the price. The company also changed the installation dates on us at the last minute without warning and expected us to be flexible and work around their schedule - very tricky when moving a family in an out for the day.
Timberland guys did an amazing job with our floor. The consultant measured and quoted out job in a timely manner, he also helped us select the type, grade and finish of hardwood. The installation team took great care in installing the hardwood and sealing it to ensure we got the color and finish we wanted. We couldn't be happier with the final product and have already recommended Timberland Flooring to others.
From my first enquiry in the show room to finally having my floor completed today, I have been impressed with Timberland Flooring. They have communicated well and answered all of my many questions to make me feel confident in my choice. As the installation was going on Jacky was sure to keep me well informed as well. I’m really happy with the finished product and would highly recommend them to people looking to have floorboards installed.
The product recommended by this company as highly durable and fit for household use has faded in less than two years. They refuse to work with us to find a resolution. At the time of installation we had issues with them over the quote. They quoted to cover a 'staircase' and then later claimed that price was only for one step. Installation was mostly okay but one area was sloppy. They sent someone over to fix it but it didn't help. When I pointed this out they offered no further resolution.
Timberland Flooring really provided efficient and great customer service.The staff followed up from the beginning to the end. Highly recommend to everyone!
My wife and I highly recommend Timberland Flooring, they are professional and knowledgeable people. The installation team was wonderful, efficient and looked into every detail. We will definitely use them in our future renovations. Thank you so much for the excellent job.
