Always slow and have had heaps of instances where they never turn up after saying “they text, honked and waited outside.” The service is needed in timaru, I understand at times there isn’t enough cabs but it’s the customer service that’s the real issue… I recommend sorting a ride prior with a friend and instead paying them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Took over an hour to arrive, meanwhile im standing in the freezing cold. Unfriendly old man driver, gave me racist vibes. Worst taxi experience ever.
Arranged an early morning pickup and taxi arrived exactly on time. Driver was real friendly as well.
Waited 20 mins and they couldn't find a taxi
