Have dealt with this company for years and in the past been extremely happy with the service and quality of work. Unfortunately it has changed hands which we did not know until going to inquire about a trophy we were purchasing and had dealt with the old owner originally then the girl. We were originally told by the old owner that before going ahead with the trophy we would receive a proof of the work so we could aprove and then proceed. It has always been done like this in the past so we were shocked when told "very Bluntly" by the girl (new management) that the trophy was completed and had been waiting some time for us to pick up. When it was stated we had no idea and were waiting to see a proof of work the girl was extremely rude in her attitude and said we had been given a date to pick up the trophy for collection and now she had taken over there was no proof of work first. When it was stated we most certainly had not been given a date to collect (we had no idea the trophy had been completed) especially without viewing a proof first, she got very indignant and snapped that we had been given a date. Her attitude blew us away and she did not even try to be polite. Such a shame for a shop which used to have great service from the gentleman that had owned it for many years. We will no longer deal with this shop..
