Contacted council office yesterday about a dangerous pot hole on a blind corner on Bassett road. Just like to say thank you so much for fixing this or temp repair done same day as called in. Great Service
The water in Talbot Street Geraldine is off again this has happened numerous times since we have lived here - apparently they have a loud hailer which is impossible to hear if you live in a back section.nWhy cannot the Council on behalf of Citi Care send an email advising local residents of any issues in the immediate area.nIf they can send Rates Notices by email, they have your address - what is the problem?
Rude lady answering the phones need a crash course in how to talk to people. Didn't offer solution or even help on who to speak to. Change jobs if you don't like dealing with people.
Sloppy service, arrogant, lazy, incompetence abounds!nnThey leave trip hazards around the streets!nnThey leave holes in the foot paths which creates big public safety hazards!nThey false advertise!nnI would avoid having much to do with these people if you can.
