Double dunked chips and fish was absolutly delicious! All food for our table was divine. Service was great and the lads so friendly! I have only one point to make check some of the sauce dates because I found a few out of date, however wouldn't stop me going back ! Absolutely delighted with the food and quality.
Great pub with comfort food. Pretty beer garden out back and plenty of snugs inside for dining.
Went for a rare family meal out while we were staying nearby. Chose it because the outdoor area looked nice and open incase our little fella needed to get up and jump around a bit. Couldn't fault the place. Staff were extremely attentive and on the ball. The food was delicious and very well priced. Would highly recommend if you're in the area and looking for a bit to eat or a few scoops
Top marks!! Amazing place! Nice warm!! After a hard day at work, after everything has gone wrong, this is the place to go. Extra game points if you can fit it in your super valu/ aldi run

Comfy, friendly bar with nice beer garden. Tasty bar food but limited menu ... pizza and chicken wings. Delicious pint. Good value

5 Stars ***** John is an exceptional publican! The team are friendly and have good attention to detail. The bar is spotless and I love seeing the seasonal themes, Halloween, Christmas etc are always captured beautifully. Great atmosphere in the bar and if it’s quiet, you can be guaranteed that John will provide the jokes and stories. Heated outdoor seating areas are quirky and the garden is spacious and lovely on a sunny day. The food is always quality and consistent. Takeaway grub is great too. Highly recommend :
Lovely bar, great service and friendly staff serving a good selection of food. Nice menu,reasonably priced, wonderful atmosphere. Well done John and staff. Our only problem is we live outside the county and don't get to enjoy it as often as we would like
