Thank you Danny from Tile Rescue for fixing my leaky shower & as well as the Tile and grout cleaning. I am very happy with the service. I was recommended by a friends who has used Tile Rescue Before. I asked them about the reviews, they said it was more than likely another business in competition. I think they might have been Correct.....Regards Mary

We got our leaking shower repaired and the seal has come away so we contacted this company to try & rectify, thinking we had their 12 year warranty as advertised on their website. Apparently seals are 12 months only & our repair wasn't classed as a 'leaking shower repair'. So, because they were not clear when invoicing us we were not covered. Their terms of business also don't give a definition of a leaking shower repsir, so, bottom line - Be careful with this company as their warranty is rather misleading.

UPDATE - We ended up going with MegaSealed to repair Tile Rescues botched job & were more than happy. We then ended up getting them to also redo our ensuite shower which had cracked tiles & it was done very professionally. Looks great & does not leak. You can see before & after photos I shared on MegaSealeds Facebook page. I am not a competitor, rather a very disgruntled customer. Do not believe the 12 year warranty. Its a joke.

BEWARE!
We had a technician come to our house 18 months ago to fix and seal a leaking shower (upstairs). He cut out and replaced 6 tiles on the shower floor, re grouted, re glued and re sealed and made an absolute mess in doing so.  We were told you wont have a problem because the tiles are rock solid and all works come with our 12 year piece of mind warranty. So much to our surprise 2 weeks ago our shower started leaking again. I rang Tile Rescue head office and they basically wiped their hands clean of the problem. Conveniently for them that particular sub contractor no longer works for the company. They also informed me that because the wrong type of seal was used ( only a silicone seal ) and not a proper wet seal, which was supposed to be carried out in the first place , will void the 12 year warranty and only acknowledge their 12 MONTH  warranty. What a Fu**ing joke! Yes we were told its all covered by our 12 YEAR warranty, BUT because it wasn't stated on the actual written invoice we got shafted.  Once again people BEWARE! Their 12 year warranty that is splashed all over their website is not a true indication of quality work performed and definitely misleading. If you do insist on using these guys take the time to read ALL the terms of business, or better yet enlist the services of a reputable company that will have no drama in acknowledging their warranty.
