A Mecca for anything to do with tiles indoors & out. The rage of tiles is almost overwhelming and maybe that’s what makes coming here so joyful. The selection of tiles & choices is well laid out and separated into different types and uses. The staff there are very helpful and can set up your orders as you choose. The range of large format tiles is what I was most impressed with and there were products & styles of tiles I have never seen. There are samples of all tiles on display if you need to see them insight. The showroom is large, well lit and apart from tiles there are other bathroom accessories available to purchase. There are small idea areas set up to give you inspiration and also small sections of bathrooms set up so you can see the bigger picture. If your order is small you can pick up at the outlet or there’s delivery via verified contractors with trucks suited to heavy loads. Honestly just a great place to choose tiles or just get inspiration. Once you see the Tile Factory Outlet’s massive range of products your going to understand just how small the selection of tiles are at Bunnings. But maybe what’s key to buying at the Tile Factory Outlet is the price. There’s some fantastic bargains going on.
This is one of the biggest outlets for tiles in Sydney. You can find a variety of indoor and outdoor tiles here. The staff are friendly and professional. They helped us a lot to find what we're looking for. The only issue is that you need to use your own imagination when you're looking at a single tile to see how it looks like when you use it, especially when you want to use different items. If they had catalogues of samples, it would be so helpful.
Love TFO Ainsley so helpful and knowledgeable about his tiles and advice on surface preparation and supplies needed. Such great value for money & awesome selection of tiles. Am a regular customer! Have completed bathroom, laundry and kitchen renovation with their tiles!
Their motto should be “Visit us and you’ll pay the price”! There’s nothing like wasting 4+ hours on your Saturday driving to pickup tiles that were apparently packed and ready when in actual fact you needed to park up and wait an hour while your order gets packed. This involved a forklift picking up a pallet of tiles that has been outside in the weather for god knows how many months, we didn’t realise until we got home and unpacked how poor the condition of the tiles were. They stunk from the stagnant water that they had been sitting in and even though we spent 3-4 hours unpacking them and cleaning one by one when we raised this issue with TFO we were told we could pack them back up and drive another 4+ hours to return them, it was our fault for not inspecting when the pallet was loaded into our trailer and they should just clean off. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place and their rubbish product like the plague! I wish I had a heads up before wasting my time and hard earned money
Great prices! We were assisted by Linley, who was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave his opinion on which way was best to lay tiles and assisted in educating us on which adhesive, waterproofing and waste insert to purchase. Then greeted by a beautiful young girl at front of desk by the name of Negen. She was very proficient organising date for our pick up and final payment. Was very considerate and kind in the way she communicated with my father who is hard of hearing. Thank you TFO team Will be back soon !

I'm so impressed by the customer service, excellent product love the terrazzo tiles!, unbeatable price and fast delivery. The delivery man was great, very friendly, fast and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate recommending TFO to my family and friends and also to use them again.
Served by Nat in store today, she was very helpful and attentive! Once we had our order we paid at the counter and were told it could be up to an hour wait for pickup which we didnt mind. After parking, our tiles were brought out in around 20 minutes! Great job team, lovely staff and well laid out showroom.
I have been purchasing tiles from TFO Tile Factory Outlet for years. Their display showroom is big and has a huge variety of great quality tiles available at very reasonable prices. They even have a clearance section where you can find some really great bargains. They do not deliver but will give you the details of truck drivers you you can call to organise delivery.
Many selections of tiles and great services. Although it offers a third party delivery option, but it might not be available if you want it soon. In our case- 2 week waiting period earliest. Good initiative to buy back tiles at 20% discount rate
