We came on Christmas Eve to get 12 bread rolls and we were the only people in the shop. We told the lady who was making coffee at the same time what we wanted. Another lady walked in and a different person started serving her and gave her what we were asking for FIRST before the last even walked in. The staff are rude, don’t own up to there mistakes and make excuses the staff need to learn proper manners and customer service if they want to be a good business.
Award winning-far from my experience. Food overpriced, oil just dripping from our calamari and fish cocktails. Threw most of the chips away....disgusting. Please check the bill - they overcharged me $16.
Overpriced - pie and coffee $14.50. First time I went I was overcharged and the food was awful. Chips are absolutely terrible. Staff are extremely unfriendly despite all the reviews saying the same thing. You will pay a larger surcharge than any other cafe I have ever been to for almond milk etc. Won't return.
Horrible!!! The past reviews are so true. The lady is rude AF. Prices are ridiculous. Pork roll tastes like rubbish. Took one bite and put in the bin. $8.50. Locals should stop supporting this pathetic place.
Unbelievably rude staff, overpriced food, and horrible coffee. Crestwood shops are desperately in need of a new cafe to send this place broke.
The prices increase every few months. Extremely overpriced for what you get. I used to enjoy getting a pie here every week but now I just can’t justify the cost.
Average coffee, below average bakery products and the worst and most rude staff and service. It's hard to comprehend why people keep coming to this cafe.
Great local cafe with brilliant lunch options. Their Vietnamese pork roll was exceptional and the coffee is great too!
Server was unbelievably rude. After a couple of insults from her regarding the vietnamese roll I was trying to order, I was then ordered in no uncertain terms to wait outside. I wanted to support this local business but refused to accept the way I was treated and left never to return. No one should accept service like this. Outrageously bad.
Great food, great service. Been going for over 10 years.
