The pharmacist telling me that my medication is to much. Doctor don't think so. Customer service pretty bad. When Di ran the pharmacy worked like a dream. New people not so good. Waiting over 10 minutes to pay for medication. Removing medication ,will now go somewhere else. After 5+ years
Ever since the new owners have taken over this pharmacy in the last few months, my family is consistently having to address mistakes. Incorrect medication have been dispensed, an arrogant pharmacist is not willing to help or discuss these mistakes and there is serious negligence regarding substituting medications or saying they have dispensed a script when they have not. Thrive papacy has been our pharmacy for over 30 years and the previous owners valued the customer and maintained a duty of care. Sadly, we have decided to find a new pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone now.
One of the most helpful Pharmacies I've been too. I recently went to Brisbane and Diabetic supplies such as G6 sensors and test strips needed to ordered in. Every time I have been in to the Pharmacy Michele, Dianne, Charlotte or Teya were very helpful and friendly. When you have Type 1 diabetes it's good to know you have the support from the Pharmacy. Even small things like RockTape are easy to get when other pharmacies don't even stock it. Insulin is never a problem either even new types like Fiasp.
This pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever been to. They charge double the price then any other pharmacy, their staff are condescending. They don’t give good advice and refuse to help you when you are in need. I went to another pharmacy after going here and they assisted me with my request straight away. They have been rude to my friends and I have had enough.
Ever since this pharmacy has been taken over it has always been a problem.
The worst web site possible. NO search or Products. What a joke
