These guys are my regular vet and I appreciate them so much. My dachshund recently came down with IVDD stage 2. I was not in a financial position to pay $8,500 for surgery mainly due to financial abuse and other sudden changes in circumstances so I was walked through a conservative treatment plan which is working amazingly!! Over the last week my girl is doing SO well! Dr Perry took the time to discuss everything in detail to make sure my girl would have the best care and best chance of recovery, and it's proving to be totally on point.nThese guys genuinely care about pets and will work with you and your means to provide your pet with the best plan moving forward.
I can’t express how impressed I am with this vet. After having bad experiences with 2 other vet clinics in Ringwood East and Mitcham, this vet really stood out in so many ways.nn- excellent communication and diagnosisn- extreme care for our dogn- great advicen- affordable carennAnd when it came time to put our dog down they went the extra mile to ensure we were okay. They even hand wrote a special card and mailed it to us a week after his passing.nnSo incredibly thoughtful and rare to see.nHighly recommended!!!!!
I can’t thank the wonderful vet nurses, doctors and surgeons for the wonderful care for my pup who was born with a birth defect. All staff showed great empathy, knowledge and support to me and Bonnie who had to undergo many procedures, scans and a rare surgery that other vets weren’t willing to do. They were extremely informative , helpful and went above and beyond for us everytime we had to make an appointment, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Thank you !! Xx
Extremely thorough and professional service provided when I had our dog in for biopsy. Detailed explanation of after-care requirements and a follow-up phone call the next day as well to ensure everything was going ok.
Staff are awesome always polite and freindly. Prices are great
