Friendly and helpful employees most of the time. Usually we preorder or cakes and goodies for pickup. Love that they always have or treats ready to go. Some of our favs are the tiramisu cake, mango burlee, egg tarts, almond moons, and a lot more... We love that their treats are not too sweet. It's always a great place to grab a cake for your special someone.

Rude manager named America. Customer service is both internal and external. Treat your staff with respect, especially in front of customers. You also should take more sanitary measures with folks entering and leaving their carts blocking the entrance.
They have really good desserts, I cant boast enough about there boba drinks with taro or chai tea. I give them 4 stars cause they love to put red beans in there desserts and I know its traditional but they should have one with and one without. There macaroons are also on point.

This is not a review of 85 itself. Just this location. 85 is always great. However, this location has a constant staffing issue. 1 employee for the register who also makes the drinks, thus having wait time problems just to check out. If possible, I would just avoid this location. But as always, 85 is 85 and everything taste great.

It’s pretty small compared to the other locations. Parking can be a challenge. Went here on a Sunday right after lunch and it’s pretty crowded. You may not have a seat if you plan to dine in during a busy day. Also, don’t place your tray on top of the pastry display. “It will get scratched, thank you”. I would probably drive to the chino hills or west covina location for better parking and more seats. Glad there’s something closer though.
No, just left this location. Spend about $60 on smoothies for the family. There were no breads on display and customer service was non-existent. Out of the three girls that were working tonight, the one who helped hold the door open as she locked behind us, was the most nice. The one making the smoothies, and the one who took our order: y’all can learn to not be so rude and answer customer questions with such attitude. Not necessary.
