This has been one of my regular coffee shops for a few years and it’s always very consistent coffee and friendly staff. I had a coffee date with my wife today and we shared a brownie and croissant. Croissant was toasted and brownie was fresh! I’ve tried their savory dishes before too and it’s always fresh and consistent. Would recommend!
TERRIBLE. WARNING . DO NOT EAT HERE I don't typically write reviews but I felt I had to on this one. Consider this, starting the day in a great mood and looking forward to coffee and breakfast. Decided on trying this cafe. Cashier older woman looked annoyed at the amount of patrons. I ordered coffee and veggie breakfast. Got my coffee fairly quickly but sat for over 40 min waiting for the food. I saw so many people getting the same order and finishing while I waited. Asked one of the staff and she just stared at the kitchen and walked away without even answering me. Finally, I was fed up and went to get a refund. The same cashier actually had the audacity to lecture me, saying that it was busy and that I should have the decency to wait and understand. After 40 minutes, how much more was I supposed to wait for? Why were others served before me? Why am I paying for this type of terrible service? I got my money back I only asked for the breakfast, I of course paid for the coffee. It's not worth it. It's overpriced, terrible service. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.
Front of house staff taking orders was not at all welcoming. Her way of greeting me and asking what I'd like to order was to say "yep?" After completely ignoring my greeting to her of "hello, how are you?" Aside from that one staff member, the experience was good. Coffee was tasty and the lady that brought my coffee to the table was friendly and asked me if i needed anything else . She had shorter hair tied half back and was lovely and smiling at all the customers and very helpful.
These people would rather be elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience generally. Asked for a coffee frappe. Got a glass of room temp bitterness. Their explanation... 'we make it natural' and 'our coffee is strong'. Second try they put the first attempt in a blender add ice and vanilla. No thanks. Not again. Try a frappe elsewhere and you won't have the same experience.
Usually just have coffee but staff friendly and I can sit at table and relax. Cakes look good, coffee price $4. Open and well lit.
Love their coffee! hot or cold! I come here often, sometimes I order their breakfast menu and the lunch menu. It’s conveniently located level 1, Broadway shopping centre. Next to Bailey Nelson and vodafone. I can’t complain, staff are always sending positive vibes.
A very busy cafe within Broadway shopping centre and it is always busy. It's situated in an open space so great for those with children also. The menu items are pretty standard but are good and good value. It's always tasty and great spot to have something simple, tasty and quick to eat. Service is efficient and the coffees are great.
Went there for breakfast. Food was OK. It'd be better if it offers more variety on the menu. A bit disappointed with the coffee.
Food is overpriced and bland below average. Had the corn fritters which were dry, bland and lacked any taste. The tomato relish was all salt, again no taste. Avo was hard and juice was full of sugar. Not worth it. Plenty of other places around with much better food and much lower prices.
Ola lady waitress is awful, bossy, terrible. How can I describe her, I haven't ever met such a waitress in my life. She was yelling at beginner in front of me about tiny matter. She is just emothional and billy to her. It is definately harassement.
