Well it Had been along time ,say 20 years since I caught a train and was going to Sexpo, so how is it going to be to catch a train , well the man , ? Station master I spose his title would be, was so helpful, showed me how to use the ticket machine , over the counter was too easy , and I wanted to know how to use the ticket machine and pay with credit card, thanks to him all was good and I had nothing to worry about , what a easy time it was for a great afternoon at the show , got there and got home all good ,,, 10 out of 10 for the station master , and 10 out of 10 for the show , now I like to travel on trains they are great way to travel
The staff here a very friendly and the trains always arrive on time. One thing I would want changed though would be the smell of the compost plant nearby. Some mornings it smells very bad.
I have a love hate relationship with this station. For one I used to get on here and I have very nostalgic memories. However the station actually smells like poo
I'm sorry i didn't get the name of the Canadian woman working at the station. She was amazingly helpful and friendly. Top customer service
Issues with the Cleveland always seem to originate here.
