Absolutely amazing dental experience. I moved to the area not long ago and it is now too far for me to travel to my usual dentist. heard good things about Thornbury Family Dental and decided to give it a try. Basically felt like walking into the future as I entered the clinic. Modern design with state of the art equipment. I was greeted by the friend staff at the reception and was given a run down of what to expect from the consultation. Ok, so a typical dental experience goes downhill from here, stuck in a claustrophobic room with a rude dental assistant and a dentist who doesn't talk to the you plus doesn't look at your teeth properly. usually walk out of the consultation room with a whole lot of frustration as well as a hefty bill. None of that at Thornbury Family Dental! Dr Oliver is friendly and approachable, addressing all my concerns before starting any procedures. and he is also exceptionally thorough and skillful. The procedure went as smoothly as it could have been. I am 100% satisfied with the result but Dr Oliver went an extra mile to educate me the rationale of the procedure and ways to preserve my dental condition. Exceptional dental experience overall!!

A really relaxing environment with professional and friendly dentists, highly recommended. Dr. Alice firstly did the initial assessment with the high-resolution panoramic x-ray, photographs and examination. These were entailed by detailed discussion regarding my early gum issue and tailored treatment plan. Then today I had the first deep cleaning session with Dr. Alice. I feel comfortable throughout the whole process, much less daunting than I initially thought! Thank you Dr. Alice and I will definitely be back again!

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would. I had the best dental experience I've ever had here. The facilities are genuinely first class - the cream of the crop! From the insanely comfy dental chairs (from Finland, I discovered!), to the world class X-Ray machine, to the incredibly thorough check up and treatment - it was phenomenal. Dr Oliver treated me beyond kindly with zero judgement, he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and at no point did I feel I was forced into any further treatment or appointments. All of the big decisions were left to me, with his guidance as I needed and need it, of course. All of the staff are extremely lovely, very welcoming and extremely understanding of any fears or anxieties that may be felt. AND you can book online, which I love, as it fits into my crazy schedule perfectly. Cannot recommend them more!!! I am beyond impressed.

Just had the best dental treatment/ experience ever with Dr Oliver! He was professional and gentle throughout and I came out with much better understanding of my teeth and oral health. The state of the art facilities, the comprehensive checkup + X-ray, the thorough calculus removal, the lovely jazz music, the jaw check up that felt more like a facial massage, the super comfy dental chair etc made what could have been a stressful trip to the dentist into possibly the most relaxing and informative session! Highly recommended!

Absolutely brilliant dental clinic! Went in for a check-up along with having some tooth pain and had the most comprehensive experience which can only come from a team & dentist that really care. Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to, with 100% focus on the patient and their long-term oral health and needs. Will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
