Have had positive experience with a particular doctor while really bad experiences with a few others, who doesn't listen, properly check or diagnose properly leading to repeated consultations without any actual progress or improvement leading to prolonged suffering and falling sick too frequently. They keep changing antibiotics not diagnosing the problem properly. They never stick to the appointment timing and don't communicate properly. Wasted a lot of time and effort without getting the problem solved and suffering big time.
Searching for a good GP in Australia is hard.nWe got recommended doctor Dimitrios because he is Greek and that he could be a good doctor.nnΓια τους Έλληνες να ξέρετε ότι ο γιατρός είναι ένας υπερόπτης και μαλακας. Και ελπίζω να το δεις.nnWe have a newborn and we were running 5 mins late and we called to inform only to be told this doctor don’t see late patients I asked the receptionist to tell the doctor we were on the way and that we have a newborn sorry they don’t have schedules and that we run a bit late , and he turned us down.nnVery good service from a private clinic. In case you don’t get it that is ironic.
Unprofessional and rude staff. Always extremely late, wait time is usually an hour past appointment time. Nurses seen and heard making fun of and laughing at patients. Would not listen when I tried to speak to them about rude and unprofessional staff members, spoke over me. I would not recommend coming here.
This is the worst experience iv had with any doctor. I had an injury at work . I could not turn my head to the left at all , severe neck pain 9/10 and was sent by my company to get checked . Dr Ljubica Raic uzelac did not listen to anything I had to say her attitude stinks .All she kept saying is this is not covered under work cover . I told her I didn’t not want work cover or to go home I actually need help with my neck but she refused to listen . She prescribed me Panadol and a heat pack and sent me back to work full capacity . Back at work my manger sent me home but I stayed . Tomorrow I will go to my gp and get checked I hope she has neglected my injury I will sue her .She should be fired . Hire young people that actually care about people not grumpy old bats
The worse medical centre in Casey the reception staff are very rude and the doctors are really bad plus they also charge you. Other clinics they don’t charge you. Stay away from this clinic never coming back.
