10/10 for quality products, fast delivery and super friendly service!  I purchased bed runners and matching breakfast cushion covers from Thomas Textiles for a hotel I managed, about a year and a half ago. Thea, the friendly client rep who made a courtesy trip out to show me their range, is really knowledgeable and made fabrics sound fun when going through the different options with me;  Tina was just lovely to deal with via email and phone.  I was impressed to find the quote for the runners and covers to be by far, the best from what I had been looking at online, both domestic and internationally. They arrived in just a few days and were exactly as I had hoped they would be! They have a beautiful shimmer when the light catches the right angle and are so perfect in colour and design, to what I had been looking for.  I recently needed a bunch of bath mats for my new business and again reached out to Thomas Textiles, although I was not sure if my humble budget would allow. Tina's communication was second to none and I received quick replies to my emails. She was able to organise just what I needed at an amazing price and nothing seemed to be a hassle for her when asking for a few different quotes on some other items 'out of interest'.  I have contacted numerous linen / textile companies over the past couple of years, requesting quotes that have either been flat out ignored or have come back well over my price expectations for a small range where I would be making some sort of compromise on what I actually wanted. Thomas Textiles have a huge range with many different colours, styles and fabrics that would cover just about any budget, from a basic range to premium and everything in between! The team are really knowledgeable and were always eager to promptly answer questions that I had.  I would absolutely recommend Thomas Textiles to anyone asking about a friendly and competitively-priced textile company with quality product and a great customer service team - I'm grateful that they genuinely do care about smaller businesses too and hope my feedback can help others know where to go to be looked after :  - Coby Lee Beel, Apartments on Connor
