They missed out on a $100 sale. I stood at the counter in menswear for at least 3 minutes and was not acknowledged.! If they are busy a staff member should at least smile and say "we will be with you shortly, thanks for your patience"
Great coffee! But my repeat visits were for the sandwich rolls, they have a few different flavours and none of them disappoint. Delish
Went into store today to purchase Xmas presents for my husband and son. Upstairs in the menswear department, yet again, I stood there waiting to be served by the elderly gentleman there to no avail. This isn't the first time this has happened here in the menswear department even though I was the only customer up there. I left to spend a few hundred dollars elsewhere and will never return...
My online purchase didn't arrive but the help line was great and they refunded without issue. I would recommend them despite the issues we had.

Had a very good coffee in their cafe. The food made on the premises looks inviting. A fabulous Department store 100+years and family owned we are so fortunate to have this wonderful facility.
Popped into the cafe for coffee and had the most lovely young woman serve us - just so bright and positive. And the coffee and food was fabulous too!!
