Due to being an extremely hot day the staff at thirsty camel are still hard at there job U guys rock xxxx. U guys deserve a free come on the shirt
I had a very unpleasant experience today at Thirsty Camel Cranbourne. I drove into the drive-through but noticed the staff were all busy, so I got out of my car to grab what I needed directly from the shelf, hoping to make things easier for everyone. However, I was approached by someone who claimed to be the manager, and he rudely told me, “This is not a car park where you can leave your car.”nnWhat made this encounter worse was that other customers were also getting out of their cars due to the delay, but they were not approached or spoken to in this manner. I couldn’t help but feel singled out and disrespected—possibly because of the colour of my skin. As a paying customer, I found the manager’s attitude incredibly disappointing and inappropriate.nnIs this really how Thirsty Camel trains its managers to treat their customers? I hope the head office looks into this, because no one should be made to feel like this—especially not in a community-facing role.
Was open christmas day which was very handy. The staff were working really hard but still smiling.
Good parking and great venue for lunch or dinner
Zoey was amazing and had amazing service xx
