A couple months ago I brought my dad a nice fluffy blanket for his bed for the winter months. He is from Adelaide and came over to Perth for Christmas. I gave him the blanket, which was in its original wrapping and he didn't open it until he returned back to Adelaide. Once he returned to Adelaide he opened the blanket and found their was dirt and oil stains all over the blanket, so much it can't be used and it doesn't wash out. Today I went back to Thingz just to let them know what happened, not looking for a refund as the blanket is in Adelaide but just to let them know what had happened. They didn't have a care in the world. They shrug their shoulders at me and said it was bad luck. I could see the shopkeeper had no interest or care about this incident. Very disappointing and I won't be returning. It wasn't a cheap blanket either!!
Have purchased a few things no pun intended from this store. The staff are friendly and always happy to help. Big shout out to Mell who went above and beyond when helping me select a gift for my dad!
