Initial visit they appeared helpful, then no response from follow up emails or calls. Had no choice but to use alternative auctioneers and valuer's. A waste of time,  moved on disappointed!

Their rating is well beneath the mark based on my experience. Good service, efficient operation, I mean what do you want?

Best auction house I know

Purchase at your own risk. They sell many counterfeit items and have no reservations about doing so. No clear statement  regarding items being counterfeit but description states the luxury brand name as part of the listing.

Rip off with postage and handling. Sent 3 invoices for which I had already paid and haven't received my order from 4 weeks ago. Hopeless!
