Mick, Miya and the entire team are all wonderful yoga instructors. I've been attending for a few months now and I've never felt better and more confident in my yoga practice. Would highly recommend this place to any beginner or advanced student.

Mick, Karen are great teaches. Personally yoga wasn’t my thing but they had a matter of fact attitude which appealed to me. What I liked most was Im now proactive with my own back pain, and more in tune with my body  something I never imagined I’d be writing, but they taught me that leaving your ego at the door is good too

Favourite studio in Sydney - great teachers, challenging but approachable classes, and a great community of students. If you're serious about developing an ongoing practice, this is the place to do it!
