Totally rubbish joinery. Sashes too tall, sashes too wide in windows... making me remove sashes and drive them 200km back to their factory to fix. Selling doors that are supposed to be 35mm and are 32mm instead. Replacing said door with another, except now it's even worse, 1 corner of the door is 32mm and the rest are 35. What a joke. Avoid these shonksters as they do not take any responsibility for their mistakes and make you fix the problems at your own cost and time.

This is the best company I have ever dealt with during building projects. We are currently creating a new children's clinic in an old 1930s corner store and our builders failed to arrange new heritage style shopfront windows to match the old ones which were just about to collapse. In desperation, I contacted Woodworkers and received remarkable service. A measurement was taken on site within hours and the windows created and delivered within days. Of course, the quality of windows is also excellent. I think every tradesperson on site was incredulous that a wonderful outcome could be achieved so promptly and professionally.

Exceptional customer service and products. I ordered a custom window hood that was needed within a very short time frame. The hood was received well in advance of the expected completion date. All staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Jodi, in particular, was very helpful in guiding me through the order process. Thanks again!

The Woodworkers Company is the only joinery company you need on your radar. They are the largest reputable stockists, and manufacturers of solid timber joinery in Queensland. You name it and they've got it - shutters, screens, doors, windows, hardware and restoration products. It was no wonder our builder highly recommended that we checked them out first. Woodworkers have a great range of "ready to go "off the shelf" products, and if you need custom made, they can easily sort that out too - usually with a 4 week lead time. If you don't have transport, delivery can be arranged. Pricing is very competitive without compromising on the quality of the products they sell. Which for us was a big plus, knowing we have ongoing customer support with all the products we have purchased. The location is highly visible and easy to find on Ipswich Road, we found car parking right outside. Their aim is to exceed the customer's expectations, which our guy Andrew Kamp certainly did - with his professional, highly knowledgeable and friendly manner. We have recently moved from NZ to Brisbane, finding a reputable joinery company who could supply all our restoration products, on an ongoing basis, was a huge plus for us. Their product knowledge and extensive product range sets them apart from the rest - make sure you check out their "showroom on steroids" before you visit anyone else.

We would like to thank Woodworkers for such great service going above and beyound. Our windows and doors were damaged recently by some unscrupulous types breaking into our home. Thank goodness we had woodworkers quality timber windows and doors their quality saved our home being destroyed. The delivery driver doesn’t normally get a mention but this young man was very careful and totally respectful of our home. Not your normal drop and run driver. Don’t hesitate to give these guys your business.
