Customer service was great however to avoid late deliveries ensure you confirm the delivery method with them prior to ordering.

When delivery issues occurred from their sub-supplier not using Australia Post, Jody and Janice did everything they could to ensure my items arrived on time.

I have brought a few Wedding Albums over time from you & I have to thankyou as the quality is outstanding & I also love how they come in a protective box with a lid for safe keeping. I would & will always recommend your company. Thankyou again Helen

Really disappointing, drove for almost an hour to come to the store.  Very small and lots of the same products from the $2 shop in highpoint which looked cheap but weren't - save yourself the effort
