You have someone dishonest working in your store. I bought a canon printer on special and it says in the box it should come with ink. When I opened the box, the ink containers were there has been opened but the cartridges were nowhere to be found. I rang the store but the guy wasn’t very helpful at all. He wanted me to bring the printer back but you guys don’t have the same stock to replace it. Well I need the printer today and it was only the ink that has been stolen so I don’t know why they just can’t give me the ink. Whoever stole the ink, shame on you for not having any integrity and shame on your staff for being so unhelpful and obviously can’t problem-solve nor think on his feet. I’m not coming back! Warehouse you should investigate whoever is dishonest in your company. It’s disgusting behaviour.
Went with a friend to purchase a TV today and we were served by a young man called Cameron, he was just the perfect sales person. So kind and understanding as to my friends needs, not wanting to push a sale and was completely understanding i would recommend him to everyone. Thank you Cameron for your understanding and professionalism
