Honestly always leave this place disappointed. Have had multiple rude and unprofessional staff interactions and sad to say but a lot of the staff exhibit poor customer service. I am sick of wasting my time coming to this store the stock numbers are always incorrect and inaccurate it’s hard not to be frustrated. A lot of their products that say they are in stock online aren’t. Aisles are unorganised and merchandising is the worst I’ve seen. Not usually the one to leave reviews but this place is lacking quality. Sad.
My recent experience at the shop was quite impressive. The young shop worker went above and beyond by providing me with an extra container lid. This act of kindness was unexpected and greatly appreciated. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I want to commend the shop and its staff for their attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Thank you for making my shopping experience memorable.
be aware of going in before closing time 8pm the woman at the customer desk was rude 9/01/24. I had plenty time to grab what I needed, I paid $56 for my stuff in two minutes. next time she better be more civil towards me, I didn't want to hear her job problems otherwise she should leave if she not happy ndon't take it out on paying customers.
Great staff. Had a new freezer that I purchased and found damaged when I opened the package at home replaced with new the next day... no fuss, no paperwork. 100% recommend
The check out operators are awesome,polite & professional,however the lady at the customer service desk I think her name is Hilda, her behavior is completely rude & unprofessional but everybody else there...AMAZING!
