Will not be shopping at the Fielding branch again.The so called customer service I received today from 2 check out operators was appalling when the issue i had was a pricing mistake...not my mistake.nMaybe self checkouts could be installed there because clearly customer service definitely isn't  happening there.

I was disgusted when I went in today to ask a question & lady was so rude & just walked off to do something else. Terrible customer service.

Love shopping here. But I’m absolutely sick of the rude service. Manager must’ve been having a bad day today! How hard is it to respect customers who are nice towards the staff.

You can pick up online orders in an hour. Not a crowded warehouse so you can shop at ease. Plenty of varieties of gift or household items clothing shoes etc
