After being told I had missed out on an outdoor setting which I had paid for in full I was upset to find that the floor stock had been sold the next day and there were none available. The email I received said they had had their best people on it but there was nothing anywhere. When I went back to Feilding branch to get my refund, Bronwyn Saint/legend, said give me a minute and within five minutes had located one. Needless to say I am one very happy customer.
Warehouse good place for cheaper items there shotz range items are good when wanting to shop at a lower cost.they have different items for cleaning stuff there toilet paper good for a bulk bye 40 rolls $10 and paper towels 4 $5 buying the cheaper items and being able to have the items at lower cost sure makes it easier to shop as items are expensive to bye.i shop on line for click and collect or have items delivered.warehouse is good place to go to it serves my needs and pocket status
Asked staff member if I could purchase the barstool on promo they had on display. He gave me the ticket to give to checkout operator so she could put it through at promo price. Finally got through the queue at checkout to be told no, I wasn’t allowed to buy it. She wouldn’t budge after telling her I had staff permission.
Will not be shopping at the Fielding branch again.The so called customer service I received today from 2 check out operators was appalling when the issue i had was a pricing mistake...not my mistake.nMaybe self checkouts could be installed there because clearly customer service definitely isn't happening there.
What's the bloody point in having merchandise yet not allowing customers to pass through some isles to go get them? Either do your sorting in off hours or do it while letting people pass. Get your shit together
