Always pop into the warehouse when I'm in Whanganui. Located in Trafalga Square close to main town. Has underground and above ground parking including wheelchair access. The staff are friendly, helpful and the layout is easy, well signpost with aisles that are a good size. Always grab a bargain. Big store for a smaller city. Includes warehouse stationary. I recommend.
This shop is terrible and so unorganised. Never any trolleys! And when there are trolley's theres barely room to move around in the store. Also You need to come up with a better system especially when it comes to the service desk! Never any checkouts open. Always a massive line at service desk with people waiting to purchase but also do laybys and returns, staff dont acknowledge you, I've had to ask them to open a checkout after someone's return was taking a long time and there was a massive line. Not good! Definitely won't be back again.
Extremely disappointed with the service here. I attempted to get assistance from three different staff members and was completely ignored each time, as if I wasn’t even there. I approached each one politely, saying, “Excuse me, could you help me with something?” and every time, I was looked at, then disregarded and walked away from. I ended up putting everything back and leaving the store. It honestly felt like I was invisible. How do you decide who gets helped? Based on looks, age, style? I’m genuinely confused about what I did wrong to be treated like that. I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
Useless staff wait 10 minutes in line to get told they dont how to process my order get sent to the blue warehouse stationary to then get told they couldn't do it because it was to late . Was still 20 minutes until closing. Told me come back in the morning
Went into warehouse to purchasenI’m in a wheelchair staff couldn’t be bothered to move out of way so I had to back up got laughed at but a Maori staff membernMy watch wouldn’t work so I took it back no refund was told not our problem
