This place have saved me many times by opening late most nights. They compliment the organic store around the corner quite well in that they stock quote different stuff.  Parking can be a little tough during peak times but the secret laneway to Simpson St usually does the trick.

I like the Village Store as they stock products that the major chains don't generally have. The prices are on the more expensive side, so not the place to complete a weekly shop.

Love their support of Aussie made local and interstate products. They have an abundance of homemade, hand crafted, good-for-you varieties waiting to be discovered.

Great selection of foods as I have food allergies and the gluten and dairy free products are to die for. I will recommend this other people I know . Who are vegan and have intolerances.
