Big rip off! 6 items for $105 - 3 ties, 2 trousers and one jacket. No use talking at store level, they flip flop around and trip themselves up over their own policies - simple rip off.
Very happy. Lovely lady on the counter that served me, good price and quality workmanship repair to pants. 3 items I have struggled to find with other Dry Cleaner/Tailors in the area. Will be going straight back there next time I need anything done.
Very poor. Paid $230 to clean curtains came back and did not appear to be cleaned. Washed by hand and marks came out easily. Lady at shop just referred me to owner but he would not return phone calls. Will never use again.
First time customer. I put in 2 pairs of trousers that needed some tricky repairs one had been botched by another company. Excellent quality work that went beyond my expectation. Loverly lady to deal with. I'm coming back!
Great quality and service but $28 to hem one pair of pants?!
The loveliest lady I have ever met works here. Always able to help with alterations.
Rug put in, came back marked, so we complained. Obviously it was our fault and we'd put it in with black marks all over it. So we got some basic cleaner and the marks came out. So either they marked it, or they didn't clean it! And of course, no apology, money back,or even a credit! Not the first time either! PATHETIC!
