Let's start with the reception, very unpleasant we don't even look at you when we talk to you. We entered the private room and we were surprised. Uncleaned coffee stains on the desk, dirty mirror, dirty glass. We found hair and hair in the bed, in the pillows. Photo And we didn't take pictures of everything but it's really not worth it! the toilet and shower were just as dirty. We would have liked a refund!

Despite booking a double room with a double bed, I found that the mattress cover was only covered with a single-sized cover. I have photographic evidence to support this.nnUpon discovering this issue, I approached the front desk. The receptionist came to inspect the room and informed me that this was the standard setup. He suggested that if I was unhappy, I could remove the cover. However, as we are two people, I expect the bed to be properly covered with a double-sized cover to ensure comfort. The current setup leaves the sides of the mattress exposed, which is uncomfortable due to the synthetic leather material.nnDespite my complaints, the receptionist insisted that this was the standard arrangement. This is contrary to my previous experience at your hostel, where the bed was covered with a double-sized cover. I booked this room for four days. Unfortunately, finding alternative accommodation at this time is both costly and inconvenient, especially as I am travelling with my mother. Therefore, we had no choice but to endure the discomfort.nnI hope you can address this issue promptly and ensure that future guests do not face the same inconvenience. Location is best. Stay on 1st floor pte room facing the street, some noise once a while from guests, pedestrians talking loudly n some motorist ramming their engine.nRoom are clean n functional for solo guest. Kitchen is large n well stock with pans, pot, even a rice cooker. But knifes seem to be limited.nBad point no shampoo n body wash
It was really well located, really nice place and really affordable. The reception staff was super helpful and friendly, they recommend me were to go and gave me some tips besides of greeting me every time I walked in and out. I would definitely come back :
The private bedroom we stayed in was clean, as well as the bathroom in it. The public restrooms were also not bad. The only downside is that they don’t keep your luggage after checking out, so you need to pay for the locker room in the hostel about 4-5 dollars a day.
